Our gazebo provides a breathtaking view and photo opportunities from above the ground, especially during fall when you can capture the beautiful colours of the changing leaves or a romantic moment.

Oakview Terrace an elegant and modern meeting and reception centre provides you with everything you need for your next memorable event. From lavish wedding receptions, conferences, tradeshows and seminars to cocktail parties, luncheons, birthdays, anniversaries, showers and celebrations of life. We cater for all sizes and styles of special events from small banquets to theatre style seminars to corporate and business meetings. We host events ranging in size from 50 to 200 guests.
Our smooth clean lines design creates a tasteful blank palette to allow you to customize anything you can dream. Our dining room with cathedral ceiling, fireplace and chandelier lights has large glass windows which fill the room with showering natural light looking out onto our lush gardens, trees, heart shaped lake, gazebo and terrace with outdoor seating.

A pergola covered in alluring vines and flowers is a sophisticated, airy, romantic scene which is the centrepiece of our beautiful lush gardens and sets the perfect backdrop to any event. Framed by an enchanting oak tree, landscaped gardens and private heart shaped Haynes Lake.

Oakview's chapel reflects the country charm of historic southwestern Ontario. The chapel offers an unmatched nature-infused setting ready to accommodate you and your guests no matter the season. Our charming chapel is outfitted with classic pew seating, rich wooden decor and magnificent vaulted timber frame and ceilings with skylight above the altar which ensures a beautiful glow of light. Cathedral windows at the altar and unique country style shutters along both sides capture the emotion of elegant comfort. Venture outside and you will find rustic pathways leading you through landscaped grounds surrounded by lush gardens and towering trees.
